Enchant Enticer

A scroll that increases the tier at a small chance; chance being:

* '1 / (tier x 2)'.

-> So a tier 6 scroll has a 1 in 12 chance to increase its tier.

The scroll makes no change to the enchant stat types, and to the amount of lines.

Additionally, the maximum tier that the enticer is able to achieve is 9.
